Emma Bursick- The WAWA tournament may be the same day as Emma Bursick. NHWL tournament is the weekend before.

• Previous tournaments are registering around 130 for open and around 170 for novice.

  • PWY wrestling post is $150

    • $30 sign up + fee

    • $27 early sign up

  • Awards- medals for novice and open

  • Volunteers:

    • Table workers- High school wrestlers

    • Concession workers

    • Admissions

    • Food:

      • Hot dogs

      • Pizza

      • Pretzels

      • Nachos

      • etc

Night at The Races:

• Fire Hall has coffee pots, beer hookups

• Locations left over plates etc from last year.

• Catering-Willie’s Smokehouse, By the McKee family

  • McKee’s will donate the pulled pork/ sandwiches

  • We will cover sides

Menu:

• Pulled pork sandwiches

• Macaroni salad

• Potato salad

• Coleslaw

• Corn

• Baked beans and tossed salad.
