Varsity –

Jr. High –

Practice starts 11/19 every week day from 3-4:30 on days when there is no competitions

JO Program –

Emma Bursick Memorial Tournament will be held on 12/4. Gym is available. Need to get on the PYWrestling schedule. Do we need volunteers?
Home match nights will be held at the Middle School. Dates TBD
Practice starts 11/2 at the Middle School. 6:30-8:00 Tues, Wed, Thurs.
Austin Manz has agreed to help coach as needed

Fundraising:

Talbot Tailgate - was a great success. Kids LOVED wrestling the varsity "sumo" wrestlers. Next year more apples (had 18 and sold out), less cider (had 4 gallons, maybe sold 1). Had cowbells, clappers and glow sticks to give as prizes. Ended up with 6 new registrations that night.
Night at the Races has been tentatively reschedule for January 29, 2022

Stromboli will be sold again this year
Sarris Candy – open around Thanksgiving and keep open through the season
Stack'd - You Eat. We Give - 20% of the proceeds... Need to look into this more.

BSN Sports Store - open 11/1 through 11/11

Discussion Items:

Team sponsorship - looking for businesses to sponsor the program.
Signs - signs are available to promote registration.
Chad will be setting up Team Manager to be used for team communication
Programs - $25 for business card size, $50 for 1/2 page, $100 for full page
Team T-shirts - Hampton Wrestling on front, all names on the back. Need slogan for back. Nick was going to think of some. One thought was "We don't rebuild, we reload"
Sell shirts at Emma Bursick? What do we want on those?
