Booster Meeting Notes - 9/7/2022

Coaches Report:

Varsity –

• Start of Season is November 18, 2022

• Dawg Duels 12/10/22

• Fall workout’s will be held on Monday’s from 3:15-4:15 in the Varsity practice room.

Jr. High –

• Jon Maguire to be assistant coach pending board approval.

JO Program –

• Singlets being ordered- will order between 3-5 extra of each size.

• League meeting 9/12

• Emma Bursick 12/11/2022

Fundraising:

• NATR- February 2023

• Sarris Candy

• Zroni rolls or Strombolis

Discussion Items:

• Registration – Opened 9/1/2022 (early bird until 10/1)

  • Registration/Booster Fees: 1st child - $200, 2nd child - $100, 3+ free

    • Check only for registration

    • Include in parent pack what the fees cover

  • Singlet deposit (youth): $75-ish (find out what the cost is per singlet)

  • Volunteer Fee: $200

  • Free 2 week trial

  • Mandatory Parent meeting at the end of the the 2 week trial

• Get quotes on clocks - Not looking good for this year due to supply issues

• Practice approval dates

• Confirm match night dates

• Program t-shirts, look at getting either Bella Canvas or Next Level

*Accepting only checks for all three fees – checks need to be separate. Registration/Booster Fee will be due at the MANDATORY parent meeting.
